个人简介

2003年获得兰州大学化学化工学院化学学士学位,2008年获得兰州大学化学化工学院高分子化学与物理博士学位。2008年11月至2010年9月,在美国威斯康辛大学密尔沃基分校从事博士后研究工作。回国后,2011年至2017年,在医药企业担任技术主管,主要负责原料药和中间体的工艺开发、过程管控和车间生产。2017年,以科研助理加入清华大学化工系,从事流动化学技术的工业应用研究。2019年,被清华大学聘为助理研究员,研究方向为流动化学与工程。具体研究内容包括:微型/小型反应器中化学反应新规律,连续绿色安全合成精细化学品(原料药、农药、含氮含能材料和功能聚合物材料),流动化学技术工业应用,流动化学工艺研发和工业应用方法学。

研究方向

1)硝化微反应技术

硝基化合物是重要的精细化工产品和基础化工原料,在医药、农药、染料、化纤、国防等行业具有广泛应用。硝硫混酸硝化苯系物是制备硝基化合物的主要方法,与传统间歇釜式硝化过程比较,微反应硝化技术被产业界公认具有更高的安全性和生产效率。

3)硝化微反应器工业放大研究

微反应器工业放大是连接实验室研究和产业化的桥梁

4)硝化微反应技术安全评价方法

在进行硝化微反应技术安全性评价时,与传统的评价方法存在较大差异,建立硝化微反应技术安全评估方法对于产业化来说具有极其重要的意义。
