个人简介

2005年获得山东大学化学工程与工艺学士学位,2012 年获得清华大学化学工程硕士学位,2015获得日本东京大学化学系统工程博士学位。2015年10月至2017年9月分别在东京大学和明尼苏达大学双城分校做博士后研究,2017年10月至2021年5月在东京大学化学系统工程担任助理教授。2021年6月正式加入清华大学化学工程系,任助理教授;“国家海外高层次人才引进计划”青年项目入选者。主要研究方向为功能性多孔材料和微化工系统;已在PNAS和Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等期刊发表研究论文40余篇,学术成果曾被Chemistry Views、Chemistry World及日本经济新闻等媒体报导。

研究方向

1. 功能性多孔材料合成方法的探索与机理研

分子筛具有重要的工业价值和广阔的应用前景,但目前我国高性能分子筛仍大量依赖进口。在海外工作的基础上,借助清华大学化工系及化学工程联合国家重点实验室的平台优势,本课题组致力于发展先进的分子筛合成技术,结合理论方法与高效制备技术以加速分子筛新结构的发现和新性能的开发,力争打造顶级的分子筛合成实验室、突破高性能分子筛大规模制备的技术壁垒。在新和成方法的基础上,结合表征手段及模拟计算,研究不同条件下微孔材料成核和晶体生长随时间的变化阐明结晶机理和动力学基本规律,为更加精准地地调控晶体结构和形貌特征、提高材料的应用性能奠定理论基础。

2. 基于分子筛的高性能催化与分离材料的开

凭借其均匀有序的微孔结构、可调的固体酸及择形催化效应,将分子筛引入到金属催化体系能够有效改变催化反应路径、提高目标产物选择性;沸石分子筛的微孔孔道为金属催化剂的分散提供理想平台并限制其聚并与生成,从而有助于提高金属催化剂的活性和稳定性。金属-沸石分子筛复合材料在气体吸附与分离方面也有极为广阔的应用前景。在分子筛合成和调控方面的研究基础之上本课题组目前正致力于开发面向高效气体分离和二氧化碳捕集的金属-分子筛吸附材料,一方面从基础研究入手,深入扩散行为和分离机制研究,为吸附材料的设计和性能优化提供理论指导;另一方面,从材料结构调控和合成工艺入手,力求在提升材料分离效率的同时降低其制备成本,为高效气体分离和二氧化碳捕集新工艺的开发奠定基础。此外,为解决塑料废弃物治理与循环利用难题,本课题组正着手开发面向塑料废弃物升级利用的金属-分子筛双功能催化体系,以在温和条件下将聚烯烃废塑料选择性转化为可循环利用的高附加值化学品,并在确保催化剂效率的同时提高催化剂的经济性、稳定性和可回收性,从而助力于白色污染难题的破解和低碳循环经济的构筑

3. 高温高压微分散基础及应用研究

流动化学和连续流动合成的概念已拓展到不同类型的功能性材料的制备过程之中,并在性能调控、在线检测、自动化控制等方面展现出了极大的优势。针对高温高压下的功能性材料的连续制备极具前景,然而相关研究仍处在起步阶段。特别地,高温高压微分散是高温高压下材料连续流动制备的关键一环。本课题组目前正在开展高温高压微分散元件设计及相关基础研究,以加深对高温高压连续流反应器内传递-反应基本规律及放大效应的理解。与此同时,针对功能性多孔材料合成的特点(高温、高压、固含量高等),开展新型混合、加热、反应及分离器件的设计与开发,发展高温高压下功能性多孔材料的大规模连续流动合成技术。
